Exchanges

You can exchange purchased items within 30 days

For Italy

We offer free item exchanges for purchases over €100. For orders below this amount, and/or if you wish to exchange our products again, there will be an additional charge of €7 to cover shipping costs. The procedure involves the delivery of the new item(s) and, at the same time, the collection of the item(s) to be returned.

Here's what to do:

• Place the items in the packaging in which you received them, in the same condition as they were delivered, unworn, and with original tags. Then, send a request to shop@lirecento.it, indicating the order number, the reference of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the item(s) you wish to receive.

You will then receive a confirmation email from us, and our courier will deliver the new product(s) to you, while simultaneously collecting the item(s) to be returned, all in one step.

You do not need to write the sender's and/or recipient's address on the package; our courier will handle everything.

For Europe

International exchanges cost €10, regardless of the order amount. For international exchanges, simultaneous delivery of the new product(s) and collection of the item(s) to be returned is not provided: collection and delivery are carried out in two separate and subsequent phases.

Here's what to do:

• Place the items in the packaging in which you received them, in the same condition as they were delivered, unworn, and with original tags. Then, send a request to shop@lirecento.it, indicating the order number, the reference of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the item(s) you wish to receive.
  

You will then receive a confirmation email from us, and our courier will come to collect the product(s) to be returned within 72 hours.

Once we have received the goods, we will perform a routine quality check, after which we will proceed with shipping the new product(s).

You do not need to write the sender's and/or recipient's address on the package; our courier will handle everything.

Returns

You can return purchased items within 30 days

For Italy and Europe

We offer free returns for purchases over €100. For orders below this amount, there is an additional charge of €7 to cover shipping costs. International returns cost €10, regardless of the order amount. The procedure involves collecting the product(s) to be returned from the address provided at the time of the order.

Here's what to do.

• Place the pants to be returned in the packaging in which you received them, in the same condition as they were delivered, unworn, and with original tags, and fill out the withdrawal form: enter the order number and the associated email address, select the items to be returned, and click the Confirm Withdrawal button.

You will then receive a confirmation email from us, and our courier will collect the pants within 72 hours;

Once we have received the goods, we will perform a routine quality check, after which we will proceed with the refund, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

You do not need to write the sender's and/or recipient's address on the package; our courier will handle everything.
