Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free in Italy for orders over €150 . For orders under this amount, shipping costs €7 .

Express shipping in Italy has a surcharge of €10 , regardless of the order amount.

Standard shipping to Europe (Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden) has a surcharge of €10 , regardless of the order amount.

Express shipping to Europe is not currently available.

Delivery times

Standard courier delivery in Italy and Europe (Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden) is carried out within 2-3 working days , from Monday to Friday.


Express courier delivery in Italy is made within 1-2 working days , from Monday to Friday. Express delivery is not currently available for Europe.

Accepted payment methods

Accepted payment methods are: credit card, Paypal, Scalapay, Satispay and cash on delivery (a supplement of €3 applies for the service. The service is active only in Italy).

I want to change my article

You can exchange the purchased trousers within 30 days.

FOR ITALY

We offer the possibility of exchanging our trousers for free, for purchases over €100. For orders of a lower amount, and/or in the event that you wish to further exchange our products, there is a supplement of €7, to cover shipping costs. The procedure involves the delivery of the new trousers/pairs and, at the same time, the collection of the one/pairs to be returned.

Here's what to do.

  1. Place the trousers to be exchanged in the packaging in which you received them, in the same condition in which they were delivered, unworn and with their original tags;
  2. Send a request by email to shop@lirecento.it , indicating:
  • the order number and the trousers you wish to exchange;
  • the reason for the change (optional), to help us improve our products and services;
  • the model, color, size, length of the ones you want to receive;
  • the address where you want the change to be made;
  1. You will then receive a confirmation email from us and our courier will come to deliver the new trousers to you, simultaneously collecting the products to be returned , therefore in a single step.

You will not have to report the sender and/or recipient address on the package, our courier will take care of everything.

FOR EUROPE

International exchanges cost €10, regardless of the order amount. For international exchanges, delivery of the new pair of trousers or, at the same time, collection of the pair to be returned is not provided: collection and delivery are carried out in two different and subsequent phases.

Here's what to do.

  1. Place the trousers to be exchanged in the packaging in which you received them, in the same condition in which they were delivered, unworn and with their original tags;
  2. Send a request by email to shop@lirecento.it , indicating:
  • the order number and the trousers you wish to exchange;
  • the reason for the change (optional), to help us improve our products and services;
  • the model, color, size, length of the ones you want to receive;
  • the address where you want the change to be made;
  1. You will then receive a confirmation email from us and our courier will come to collect the products to be returned within 72 hours;
  2. Once we have received the goods, we will carry out a routine quality control, after which we will proceed with the shipment of the new trousers.

You will not have to report the sender and/or recipient address on the package, our courier will take care of everything.

1. Place the pants to be exchanged in the box in which you received them in the same condition in which they were delivered: undamaged and resalable.

2. Send an email to shop@lirecento.it indicating: - the order number and the pair of trousers purchased that you wish to exchange; - the model, colour, size and length of the ones you wish to receive; - the address where you wish the collection to be made and where the package can always be found (a concierge, a company, etc.).

3. After our confirmation email, the courier will collect the box within three working days. It is not necessary to report the sender and/or recipient address on the package. If you are not happy with your Lirecento, if you want to change the color or size, we just need to know.

Please keep the shipping box and write to us at shop@lirecento.it. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot promise you an exchange.

Returns and Refunds

  • the address where you would like the collection to be made.

I would like to purchase a Gift Card

You can choose between the digital e-card format that will be sent via email or the physical version to be delivered by hand or to be delivered to the address you indicate.
Both cards can be used immediately on lirecento.it or in our stores. The gifted amount can be used on one or more purchases.

The duration of the credit on the Cards is 12 months from the date of issue. They cannot be returned or refunded (in case of expiration or loss). They can be accumulated in the same purchase, or with a discount code. If the credit on the Cards does not cover the total, you can pay the difference with another payment method. If the credit is higher than the total to be paid, you can use the remaining credit for the next purchase.

Returns purchased with a Gift Card and another payment method will be refunded with the corresponding value.
