During the online purchase phase, remember to always indicate a valid telephone number, which can be used by the courier for any useful communications regarding your shipment. We also recommend specifying practical information for delivery: the name on the intercom, the name of the company or the presence of a concierge.

Standard shipping

Delivery in 2-3 working days for orders placed before 11.30 am.

Standard shipping is free in Italy and Europe (Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden) for orders over €150. For orders over €150, For orders of a lower amount, shipping costs €7.

Express shipping 

Delivery in 1-2 working days for orders placed before 11.30 am.

Express shipments in Italy have a 10€ supplement, regardless of the order amount. By choosing this option, you will receive a text message through which you can personalize the reception of your purchase and:

  • choose the date and time slot for delivery of the shipment;
  • change the delivery address or recipient;
  • collect the parcel from a collection point;
  • have the package left at the front door without needing a signature;

  • suspend delivery for up to 30 days, for example if you are on holiday.
